Beachy Head Sportive

Eastbourne, Sussex

34 Seaside Rd, Eastbourne BN21 3PB, UK

Sun 5th June 2016

Organiser's Description

This Sportive takes in much more than just the iconic Beachy Head climb. On the 65 mile route you will be treated to an undulating ride through the Sussex Weald, before heading towards the South Downs. The route then takes you through Wilmington and The Long Man, Lullington, High & Over, and of course, Beachy Head. The 45 mile and 23 mile routes are ideal for those who would like a little less climbing but still want the kudos of climbing Beachy Head, perfect for beginners and family groups. All routes will finish on the Alpine-like descent from Beachy Head towards Eastbourne seafront and the 2016 Eastbourne Cycling Festival.
