David Livingstone Trail Run

Near Hamilton, Glasgow, Scotland

Ferry View, 280 Station Rd, Blantyre, Glasgow G72 9BX, UK

Fri 28th August 2015

Organiser's Description

Get inspired by Scotland’s most famous explorer as you take on this 6 mile urban trail run! We’re out to prove you don’t have to travel far to get off-road and run a beautiful race.
The National Trust for Scotland, in partnership with Hamilton Harriers, invites you to join us for a 6 mile off-road run through Blantyre, Uddingston and Bothwell, starting and finishing at the David Livingstone Centre. Good paths for most of the way make this an ideal first time trail run, with enough challenging bits for the adventurous!
There will be a medal, goody bag and optional tech t-shirt for all finishers. All proceeds going towards the support and conservation of the David Livingstone Centre.
