Organiser's Description

The Duathlon Cymru offers the chance to shake off the Winter and test your fitness at the start of the new season. The picturesque setting of Margam Country Park inspires competitors of all levels. Whether you're doing the sprint or the standard distance, you'll race through acre after acre of beautiful woodland, and enjoy one of the most picturesque settings for a duathlon that you are ever likely to race in. Cycling will be on public roads and running will be within Margam Country Park.
