Organiser's Description
Both multi-terrain routes use footpaths and country lanes East of Farnham. Some sections follow the popular North Downs Way, in the footsteps of pilgrims ancient and modern. The Farnham Pilgrim was awarded a trophy for the 'Best New Event' after its inaugural running in 2010. Since that date it has been consistently highly-rated by participants, and Runners World placed it in the Top 10 marathons for 2015.

Farnham Pilgrim Marathon. This was the 10th Farnham Pilgrim Marathon but my first time. It was really well organised with ample free parking and great facilities. The race was tough with rewards of magnificent views. More than enough water stations and friendly marshalls galore! A great event I'd recommend.
