Organiser's Description
The Fe-Man is a unique opportunity to complete a full Ironman distance over a 7 day period, making it achievable and accessible to many who do not have the fitness level, time, skill or finance to complete in one day. There is also the option of completing the challenge as a 3 person team. Distances are broken down into 4 runs, 4 cycle legs and 2 pool swims, with a grand finale finish of a sea swim and run finishing on the iconic Brighton Beach. All routes are unique, picturesque and traffic free where possible, and disciplines are timetabled outside of working hours as far as possible. 26 July - 1 August.
