Organiser's Description

A well established fast and flat 5 mile road race. First run in 1986 runners travel from all over to take part in one of the very few 'closed road' races. The course is a simple out and back run in one of the most beautiful valleys of South Wales. Come and join us on Boxing Day and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this event.
