Organiser's Description
The series will consist of 15 races which will take place every Sunday between September and December from Academy Fitness Newquay. Entrants will start with a 500m run around Newquay Tretherras School back fields, before jumping on an indoor spin bike and completing a 6k cycle, finishing with a 2k run loop out towards Chester Road and back. This style of event is great for those who want to take their first steps into multi-discipline sport, and as a brick training session for the more seasoned athletes.
