Organiser's Description

A friendly and free duathlon, aimed at those new to multi-sport events, and for all abilities from 16yrs. Taking place in Croydon Arena, an enclosed secure athletics stadium in South Norwood, the event consists of a 4 lap run around the track (approximately 1 mile), cycle 8 laps (approximately 2 miles) and finish by running another 4 laps.
