Grafman Long Distance Triathlon

The Grafman Half is well established within the triathlon community, so it's time we brought you a long distance race on this super quick, truly epic course at Grafham Water Reservoir… but have you got what it takes to complete a 2.4 mile swim, 113 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run in 17 hours!? The start, the swim, much of the run and the finish are all located together, making excellent spectator viewing. The two lap swim in the Lake is followed by a bike leg on roads around the villages which offer great surfaces for fast riding and only a few climbs to challenge you. The bike course will be fast, but don’t underestimate it! Then a multi-lap run around the edge of the Lake lined with supporters willing you all the way to the finish line.
