Organiser's Description

An amazing urban open water swimming experience in the shadow of the O2 Arena and Canary Wharf, and alongside the ExCeL centre. Returning to London in 2016 the Great Newham London Swim is the perfect way to cool down during the Summer months in the heart of the vibrant East End. With half mile, 1 mile and 2 mile distance options, the swim is suitable for all abilities, and you can enjoy this event safe in the knowledge that expert safety kayakers will be with you every stroke of the way.
