ennington Flash is a great place to swim and the Summer of 2014 sees the return of this open water lake swim series, with 3 dates and a choice of 5 distances – 400m, 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 5000m. Experience open water swimming safe in the knowledge that expert kayakers and safety boats are with you. This is a wetsuit only event.
