Organiser's Description

Hosted by Glasgow University Triathlon Club, this is a new and exciting open-water aquathlon. The race is open to all abilities and is one of only a few opportunities to race in open water right in the heart of Glasgow. The venue is at the newly opened Pinkston Watersports Centre, just a 20 minutes walk from Strathclyde University and George Square. This event will combine a 750m swim in the open-water basin, followed by a 5km run in the surrounding area.
