Organiser's Description
This is the 8th year for this Triathlon with a swim in the River Thames. The event has attracted 1000s of participants over the years; it is open to all abilities and first time triathletes are encouraged to take part. The swim course is designed to make even the weakest swimmer get a fast time. The Olympic bike course is undulating, but it is fast; the sprint is an out and back with just a couple of hills, but is otherwise fast and flat. The run is a 5k lap on tarmac and grass footpaths, which meanders towards Marlow and back to the finish at Higginson Park from the tow path.
