Montane Trail 10, 13 & 26 Howgills

Sedbergh, Cumbria

Sedbergh People's Hall, LA10 5DQ

Sun 9th May 2021

Organiser's Description

This event is based in Sedbergh and passes through the Howgill Fells, part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It's a picturesque setting, but the course has real bite, with some serious climbing in the first 6 miles. You'll be working hard to summit 'Winder', 'Arant Haw', 'Calder' and eventually 'The Calf, before a real 'sting in the tail' in the final miles for the marathon and half. It's stunning, quiet and scenic, but not for the faint hearted. Come and join us for a wonderful day out in the Howgills. The Howgills are a great place to run and the picturesque village of Sedbergh provides us with a fantastic start and finish point.
