An undulating to hilly run with stunning views across the Sussex countryside to the South Downs. Choose 5k, 7.5k, 10k, 12.5k, 15k, 17.5k or 20k! It’s all off road, mostly on firm grass/mud/stony tracks. It’s a challenging and enjoyable route that you can complete 2-8 times to suit your own fitness levels, and there’s no shame if you need to (briskly) walk up some of the hills if you get ‘jelly legs’ - but there’s plenty of flat and downhill to let your legs recover too!
