Old Down Estate 5/10k & Family Fun Runs - November

Organiser's Description
The 2nd of two events at Old Down Estate in 2017. A 5k or 10k (2 loops) multi-terrain course which begins in the idyllic grounds of Old Down Country Park, before heading out for a superb 1.5 mile run through woodland, which can be very muddy and challenging!! The course then takes in some fantastic open space before heading back into the woods for an uphill section, then back into the Park and its amazing grounds, and the finish line. Also 1k off road family fun run through Park on flat terrain, and a 50m for the under 5s on flat grass within the Park's adventure play area.
