Pieces of 8 @ Penshaw has everything you would want in a trail race. Trail running is now one of the fastest growing sports, both here and in the USA, so why not challenge yourself to run off-road. Starting at the bottom of the iconic Penshaw Hill, runners will work their way around the hill to the top of the monument, before heading back down the fantastic, scenic and undulating trails of James Steel Park. Marathon, half marathon and 10k options.
