Are you sporty and like a bit of adventure? Like to run, cycle and kayak? This exciting big city adventure challenge has 3 stages - running, mountain biking and kayaking – and a range of checkpoints to visit, each with a point value. The winners are those who accumulate the most points within the 5 hr time limit. The race is continuous. Option for run/bike only. Solo entry or in teams of up to 4 people. Open to people of all levels, from beginners through to top level fitness. It's also a great way to start multi discipline sport - and a great way to get 5 hours exercise with your mates!
