Tired of pounding the streets or running laps of the same old park? The Rail to Trail series offers 4 stunning trail runs, each with 3 distance options – 10k, half marathon, marathon – all within an hour by train of London. The first in the Series is a fantastic run across the rolling hills, footpaths, bridleways and farm tracks of North West Essex. The routes are all circular and well signposted, so you can just enjoy the run and the beautiful surroundings.
