Ride 24 - London to Paris

Blackheath, London

201 Baizdon Rd, Blackheath, London SE3 0UH, UK

Sat 16th July 2016

Organiser's Description

Blackheath, London, 300 eager riders start out on a 24 hour journey they won't forget. A 90 mile dash to Dover - the ferry won't wait. Darkness falls as we reach France; lights on, heads up, the pelotons speed through the night on wide, quiet roads. Dawn breaks, legs are now weary but soon the morning haze lifts and our spirits also rise as the French capital nears - the finish line is in sight as we head into Paris, and the finale around the Arc de Triomphe, down the Champs Elysee to the Eiffel Tower... Voila! - the classic Ride 24 and a great place to celebrate 280 miles in 24hrs!
