Organiser's Description

The Roseland August Trail Series (The R.A.T) is a challenging coastal run, starting from St Anthony’s Head and finishing in Porthpean on the SW Cornish Coast. It incorporates 4 different routes, White 11 miles, Red 22 mile, Black 32 miles, and the Plague (green) 64 miles. All routes follow the same part of coastline, with runners joining each other at different points along the way. The routes takes competitors though stunning coastal scenery, over undulating paths, through fields, towns and surrounding countryside – this is not for the faint hearted!
