A hidden jewel, a stone's throw from Central London, yet a million miles away from the concrete jungle - a real metropolitan oasis. Great spectator-friendly start and finish, with refreshments right by the start/finish, so bring the family.

Course Details
The race takes you along a mixture of traffic-free road, trails and off-road footpaths and is suitable for runners of all abilities. Please be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.
Buggies/Pushchairs: This race is not suitable for runners with buggies/pushchairs.
Wheelchair Users: This race is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Getting Here
Easily accessible – close to M4, M40, M25, Heathrow, with good rail links.
Masses of free, on-site parking. Please follow signs on arrival

Event Details
Registration: From 09:00 to 10:00.
Entry on the Day: Subject to £3 surcharge (cash only, subject to availability)
Age Requirements: Participants must be aged 15 or over on the day of the race.
Race Numbers: For collection at registration on the day only, numbers will not be posted. To be fastened to the front of your top using safety pins provided at registration, your number should be visible at all times.
T Shirt: All finishers will receive a free T-shirt, please select your size during the order process.
Chip timing
Bag Drop: You can leave your belongings with us while you race using the tear-off baggage strip on your race number, collecting after you finish by showing your number.
Toilets: There are temporary toilets in the park to use before and after the race. There are no mid-way toilets on the course.
Race Marshals: Marshals will be present on the course throughout the race.
Distance Markers: The route will be clearly indicated with arrows, tape and Km markers where necessary.
Water Stations: There will be water stations on the route at regular intervals at which water will be provided in recyclable plastic cups.
Post-Race Goodies: All runners will receive water and snacks on finishing the race.
Refreshments: Pre/Post-race coffee and refreshments available.
Spectators: Very spectator friendly, with refreshments available.
Changing/Showers: There will be no changing or shower facilities at this race.
Lost property: Lost property from an event will be kept for one month. If unclaimed, or ownership cannot be determined, lost property items will be donated to charity
