Organiser's Description
A brutal 10k off-road mud run (7 miles, 7 hills) followed by a 20k off-road mtb bike route that is at least 95% rideable. Finishing with a tough 5k (tbc) run to wash off the shoes and take up whatever endurance you have left, which won't be a lot! "Finishing is an achievement".
