Conwy Middle Distance Triathlon

Colwyn Bay, Conwy

Sat 16th July 2016

Organiser's Description

This event (formerly the Eirias triathlon), based at the Porth Eirias Watersports Complex, is billed as one of the UK's toughest triathlons'. A sea swim at Porth Eirias, is followed by a 2 lap cycle route around the beautiful countryside South of Colwyn Bay, with a 'King of the Mountains' climb at the beginning of each lap, then a run along the fast, flat coastal path (with a couple of little rises), affording beautiful views of the North Welsh coast, finishing on the promenade next to Porth Eirias. Middle and Standard distance events on the day.
