Organiser's Description
An exciting and exhilarating off-road 10k or 5k multi-terrain run. The 5k loop begins in the idyllic grounds of Old Down Country Park in Tockington, before heading out to a superb woodland section which can become very muddy and challenging!! The course then takes in some fantastic open space before heading back into the woods for an uphill section leading back into the Park and the finish line. Also 1k Family Fun Run for all ages abilities and 50m dash for the under 5s.
