The Tour of Cambridge Gran Fondo

Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

21 Rivergate, Peterborough PE1 1EL, UK

Sun 5th June 2016

Organiser's Description

The Gran Fondo is held on fully closed roads over 80.2 miles (129.07km). Riders competing to qualify for the UCI World Amateur Road Championships must compete over the long route. An option to participate over a shorter route of 58.2miles (93.66km) is also available for Leisure riders.

The weekend will incorporate an authentic continental style Gran Fondo mass participation event and a 17.5mile time trial, also on closed roads. Enjoy a unique course and unique terrain - the route has some short sharp climbs at the start followed by the wide open roads of the Fens. Both the Gran Fondo and time trial start and finish in the Peterborough Arena.
