Organiser's Description

Choose from 3, 6 or 9hrs of trail running, solo or in a team up to 3, in the Delamere Forest. Teams must complete a minimum number of 5k (ish) laps within a 3 hour time frame to be able to proceed to the next 3 hour stage. 3 x 3 hour stages: stage 1 - 5 x 5k laps; stage 2 - 6 x 5k laps; stage 3 - 7 x 5k laps. It gets tougher as you go on! Solo runners have no minimum and will be timed separately. Varied terrain - sandy track, grassy track, stony trail, muddy trail -with varying degrees of ascent and descent! The Viper route is not to be underestimated! It is tough! Voted in the top 20 trail running events 2015/16 by Runners World Magazine.
