Whitworth Thread 5k - November

Darley Dale, Derbyshire

9 S Park Ave, Darley Dale, Matlock DE4 2FY, UK

Sat 12th November 2016

Organiser's Description

Whether you're a regular runner or just want to get a bit fitter, these events are for everyone - just turn up and enjoy yourself! You can jog 1, 2, 3 or 4 laps, or even walk the route as that first step towards improving your fitness. Month by month set your own target and try to improve it. The run is entirely within Whitworth Park in Darley Dale, nr Matlock, in Derbyshire, and is based around a 4 lap tarmac course. Short downhill and uphill sections make the most of the criss-cross network of pathways for you to 'thread' your way around. There's no obligation to run the whole route - set your own targets and try your best.
