Complete this event anywhere.

UK

Tue 31st March 2020

Organiser's Description

In aid of Prostate Cancer UK & the Bone Cancer Research Trust, this is a VIRTUAL event - complete it anywhere you like.

Struggling to keep up with your fitness goals? Need a new challenge? Take yourself and your fitness/training up to the next level in 2020 with our brand new Virtual Duathlon Series. With not one but FOUR different Duathlon challenges to sign up to, you can either challenge yourself to a Sprint Virtual Duathlon, or work your way up through all four distances and watch yourself as you improve. You don’t have to complete it all in one go, that’s the joy of a virtual duathlon! You can choose to complete the running section outside OR on a treadmill; you can walk OR run; the bike section can be done on outside or on an exercise bike You can even choose to complete each section on a mixture of both!

Sign up to the distance you fancy and start your journey towards earning yourself a totally personalised technical t-shirt carrying our own Duathlon design, your name and your chosen distance. Your challenge is to complete your chosen distance before 31st March 2020.

It’s your race at your pace: do the disciplines & your chosen distances in the order you choose, when/where they fit in with your lifestyle & schedule.
You can choose to spread your three disciplines over the whole of the month or complete them one after another in true duathlon style.
On receipt of your proof of the three disciplines & relevant distances completed, you’ll receive your limited edition virtual duathlon medal along with your totally personalised and limited edition technical t-shirt carrying our own Duathlon design, your name and your chosen distance achievement.
