The Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash is now in its 30th fantastic year. Join thousands of dedicated runners as they pound the streets around Leeds City centre in one of the flattest, fastest 10k races in the country to raise money for older people. A perfect race for first timers, or those wanting to achieve a PB.
