Organiser's Description

You can run, walk, cycle or swim this virtual 5k race any time in April, but of course we will be completing on St George's Day. The reward will be a beautiful medal which features the knight with his England flag, sword, and a beautiful English rose.

All you have to do is sign up, complete the 5k challenge, send us proof by deadline of 4 May, then wear your medal with pride.
