Arran Man

Lamlash, Isle Of Arran

Unnamed Road, Isle of Arran KA27 8PL, UK

Sat 25th June 2016

Organiser's Description

Arran Man returns for a 3rd year, this time featuring Iron, middle and standard distance triathlons, a jnr aquathlon and a stand alone marathon. An open water sea swim in the sheltered Lamlash Bay, off Arran's East coast, is followed by a bike leg which uses the round island 56 mile road; then loops of a shore-hugging run route – probably the flattest, most scenic marathon course in the UK. Arran Man is Scotland's only on-road Iron distance event. Yes it has a hilly bike route, but we don't ask you to climb a munro as part of the run! 25/26 June.
