As Keen As Mustard Rotherham SwimRun

Wath-Upon-Dearme, Rotherham

Manvers Lake, Station Rd, Wath-Upon-Dearme, Rotherham S63 7DG

Sat 4th April 2020

Organiser's Description

We are really looking forward to working with this lovely charitable organisation again in 2020 to bring you a Swimrun Festival at their epic Manvers Lake venue in Rotherham.

The Intro 5k and Mild Mustard 10k courses take you around the lake and the surrounding area. With undulating trail running and crystal clear lake swimming. Its a great newcomers course with easy swim entry and exit points, compact trail runs and lots of short run and swim sections. The 21k course starts in the lake and surrounding trails and then heads off to the river and surrounding areas. The running is undulating and the tracks are compact trail, woodland and grass track. The river swimming is upstream and downstream, some swims involve swimming and wading and some entry and exit points are challenging.
