Organiser's Description
The race starts and finishes in the beautiful grounds of the Ashridge Estate in Hertfordshire, with picturesque runs in the grounds, and a bike course on quiet country roads - with a testing hill! The run is traffic free but the bike is not.
The Ashridge Standard Duathlon will be the 2019 Triathlon England National Duathlon Championships.
