Organiser's Description
Possibly the Lake District's most scenic triathlon. Short and standard Distances, both with a swim in the beautiful open water of Bassenthwaite - wetsuits compulsory. The short course is ideal for those who have previously competed in pool-based events and would like to try an open water race. The standard event will again provide a challenging course, with one of the most beautiful Lake District backdrops. Undulating road bike legs, and runs which will start and finish at the Bassenthwaite Sailing Club.
