United Kingdom

Wed 30th September 2020

Organiser's Description

In September 2020, it is 80 years since the Battle of Britain in 1940.

To commemorate this decisive turning point, we are challenging you to complete as many miles as you can during September. Perhaps your total could match the number of years in km, or even miles?

This virtual challenge is open to everyone and you can run, walk and/or cycle the distance (broken down into as many events as you like) in September 2020 to earn your exclusive medal! The deadline for submissions is 3 October at 12 noon, so please upload your evidence ahead of this to claim your medal.

The challenge charity is the Royal Air Forces Association and they will receive a minimum of 20% of every entry fee.

A very wet and windy SVN Battle challenge. of Britain. As always another great SVN event. Friendly and welcoming to runners of all abilities, these events are great if you want to do 1 lap or an ultra, with a fantastic medal for all.
