Bewl Water Half Marathon
A lovely scenic run starting from the Bewl Water Visitor Centre in Lamberhurst, Kent, and following the round the reservoir route on a combination of forested areas, open countryside trails and quiet country lanes, with views of the lake for most of the way. Bewl Reservoir is the largest lake in South East England and is set within 1000 acres of picturesque Kent and Sussex countryside.

Bewl Water is one mile south of the village of Lamberhurst on the Kent/Sussex border (South East of Tunbridge Wells). Look for the brown tourist signs on the A21.
There will be ample free car parking all day for participating runners at the Bewl Water Visitor Centre.
All day parking will be £4 per car for spectators that are not travelling with their runners.
Mandatory health & safety race brieﬁngs will start 10 mins before each race.
It’s a 5 min (0.5 mile) walk to the start from the Bewl Water Visitor Centre.
Race number and timing chip will be sent out in the post to you 2 weeks before the race date. You need to ensure that you bring this on race day.
There will be ample changing and toilet facilities.
This is a public reserve and there will be people out walking, cycling or dog walking, so please be courteous to people you come into contact with.
The time limit for the half marathon is 6 hours.
The minimum age for the half marathon is 17 years old.
