Organiser's Description

Run for fun or to challenge yourself at the BHF Regent's Park Run, with the choice of 5k or 10k, and join our fight against heart disease. The route is mainly flat and on tarmac paths, so ideal for all ages and fitness levels. The event is also fully accessible for wheelchair users. The Park is home to the World famous London Zoo, so look out for camels and other exotic species on your way round!
