Flat and not too congested. This is a great course if you're looking for a pb. There are three laps and it starts and ends in a supermarket car park. There was a decent crowd at the start/finish line, but once you moved away from there it was very quiet. You're not allowed to wear headphones, and so all you can hear is people's feet and their breathing. There were a good number of people there, meaning that I didn't get stuck behind anyone at any point, and could run my own pace. A really good course to get a pb, but not necessarily a 'fun' run.
