Enjoyed the 2022 edition, fast flat course - good for PB hunting and it's fun to start and finish on the track. Be aware that paths in Norman Park are shared with pedestrians, dogs, kids etc but the race spread out quite quickly so there are no issues avoiding them.

Bit of a shambles to be honest. A last minute course change due to weather meaning participants actually ran different distances, poor announcements and no chip timing. Though I did hear of offer of free entry for another event as compensation.

Not the best but burnt the calories. Wasn’t the best organised run, due to the weather forecast. It wasn’t a 10k in total so had to finish with an extra lap around the track!

A shambles. Really terrible. It’s hard to know where to start! Only saved by beautiful weather, good company and a sense of humour

Terrible. Very badly organised. It’s the first race I’ve ever competed in and was an awful experience. I couldn’t set my pb as I didn’t know where I was going. I had to ask a marshal who then sent me the wrong way. Total let down

A bit of a mess, but the weather was partly to blame. I don't want to moan too much, the organisers had to change the route at the 11th hour due to the fact that half the park was iced over and dangerous, but it did make the run a bit of a lottery, with nobody really k owing what the revised course was. It ended up coming up about point 4 of a km short.

Would go again. Part of the track was closed due to poor conditions but the staff quickly sorted out a new section. Was slightly chaotic but they did well given the time they had.

Not the best. Unfortunately due to ice the course was re-routed. This lead to a great deal of confusion from both competitors and marshalls.
