Channel Tri

Organiser's Description

The Channel Tri will start with a swim from Sunny Sands beach; the bike leg follows country lanes and quiet, scenic country roads through Hawkinge and Alkham Valley; the run is an out and back route along the coast towards Sandgate, returning via the Leas Country park, to the boardwalk at Folkestone harbour and the finish line.

Standard and sprint distance triathlons, also standard and sprint distance aquabike options and 1.5k and 750m open water swims. This is a charity event organised by Tri Spirit Events on behalf of the Rotary Club of Folkestone Channel.

1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike 750m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run 750m swim, 20 km bike 1.5 km swim 750m swim
