Good course, a little uneven under foot in places with potholes and adverse camber. Final km with the u-turn is narrow and can get crowded Plenty of elevation changes with one steep hill between 3-4km. Managed a PB, so overall a good day out!

I’ve done the 10k twice. The organisation is very good, warm up before start. Good commentary. It’s a 2 loop course for the 10k and I think it’s a challenging route. Mostly paved paths but changes of terrain to sand/gravel/matting. Quite hilly so I think it’s a tough run. Parking excellent. Toilets fine, water at halfway point and at end and a couple of ‘snacks’ at finish.

There was a lovely friendly atmosphere which was a real positive. There could have been better signage and the toilet provision was woefully inadequate. The run itself was a straightforward route. It's hilly and challenging. Overall I enjoyed, as did my husband and son who ran the 5K. Would I do it again? Not sure due to the unexpected terrain and the toilet situation.

This was my first ever 5k race, the team were very friendly and helpful. The course itself was challenging and well laid out. Definitely will do it again.

If the weather is hot (30C) like this summer then the organisers need to provide water stations from 2k onwards. And ideally water sprays should be set up too.

Completed the half marathon. Very well organized, the MC was very good through out the day, lovely medals and post run energy snacks. Route and distance markers well planned, everyone very friendly. Photographs very good and free to see (makes a change!). Great event on a very hot day.
