Organiser's Description

A perfect event for both the beginner and the seasoned competitor. Set against the picturesque back drop of the western Lake District, the event has been a highlight on the local triathlon calendar for over 20 years. A 500m pool swim followed by a 20k cycle and a 5k run. New for 2018 will be a stand-alone 10k run. Based at Carlisle Leisure Centre.
