Organiser's Description
The event takes place at the brand new Northern Gateway Sports Venue in Colchester. With a traffic free, tarmac course around the park we are certain that there will be a whole bunch of proud new PB’s on 28th August!
The closed road circuit is perfect for beginners or juniors

Registration
Race numbers will be collected at the the event venue on the morning of the race.
Registration open from 09:00am
There will be an online race briefing for you to watch before the event. It is mandatory to have watched this as there will no pre-race briefing on the day.
The detailed pre-race information will be sent you by email in the week leading up to the event.
Please arrive in sufficient time to collect your race number but do not arrive before the designated time detailed in the pre-race info.

Health
It is important that you are fit to run and have not experienced any Covid-19 symptoms in the 14 days leading up to the event.
Race Numbers
Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest.
Parking
On site parking
Changing
We will not be providing a changing area, therefore please come changed and ready to race.
Baggage
An unsecure baggage drop will be available,
Toilets
Toilets will be provided at the event.
Water Station
There will be no water station on the course.
There will be bottles of water available, self-service style, at the finish.

3K & 5K Course Details
The 3k and 5k will be run on laps of this brand new, super-fast, 1km cycle circuit.
