Dinton Uber Swim

nr Wokingham, Berkshire

The Clubhouse, Sandford Ln, Hurst, Reading RG10 0SU, UK

Sat 11th June 2016

Organiser's Description

This one’s definitely not for the faint-hearted, but it's a great start to the open water season! The Swim starts and finishes in Dinton Pastures Country Park. To get to that finish line you must first swim around 3,000m in two lakes lakes and tackle three separate entry and exit points. First comes a 700m warm-up in Black Swan Lake before you hot-foot it out and re-enter the same water for 230m. Then a short run and it’s into White Swan Lake for 870m, another trot on dry land and back into Black Swan Lake for 500m. A last quick sprint, a final 700m in Black Swan Lake, and you’re over the finish line.
