Organiser's Description

The Double Gloucester is a new 5 mile event that starts at the bottom of the famous Cheese Rolling Hill on Coopers Hill, near Gloucester. The run will take you straight up the Cheese Rolling Hill, then around a beautiful route on the Cotswold Way, before finishing with a second run up the famous hill. All runners will receive an amazing bespoke Double Gloucester Medal. The winners of the first ascent will win a King & Queen Cheese award. It is a fabulous route and can be entered by runners and walkers alike, as there is no time cut off. The route is hilly and could be muddy.
