Organiser's Description

Swim or SUP (stand up paddle board), bike and run on the beautiful sunshine coast. Take on this iconic and memorable 600m sea swim/SUP, 25k cycle taking in the stunning (but tough) Beachy Head climb, the South Downs and the lovely promenade. Complete the challenge with a 5k (ish!) run up and down St Bede's hill - made famous by the start and finish of the Beachy Head Marathon - before the glorious finish on Western Lawns in Eastbourne. Relay option, also aquabike.

Very well organised, didn't have any problems finding my way around the course. The cycle was toughest part of the race as there is quite a bit of climbing which added to the challenge. Could have been a few more toilets made available to the public in the entertainment area. Would recommend.
