Organiser's Description

A 225k ride starting from Coryton, NW Cardiff, up the Taff and Cynon valleys, skirting the southerly edge of the Brecon Beacons, into Swansea valley, to Ferryside. Return through Millennium Park, down Clyne Valley, around Swansea Bay, over Cefn Cribwr and back to Coryton.
