Organiser's Description
An undulating route with approx 1.5k of the route off road down the “Old Fosse Way”, the oldest Roman Road in the Country, the rest being run on the quiet country roads surrounding Malmesbury. And for 2019 the race returns to a Saturday event as a pre-cursor to the Malmesbury Carnival.

Good not great. By and large an excellent race, well organised and suitable for all abilities. An undulating but not overchallenging course. The only downside, and hence the loss of a star, is the lack of closed roads, including one short section on a busy main road. All that said, however, it was a very enjoyable day out.
