Organiser's Description

Another chance to have a crack at this great event before the cold nights creep in. This Duathlon takes its name from the number of legs in the race…. 5. You will run, bike, run, bike and run again over short distances to keep the pace and heart rate high! The run course will take you around South Loughton Valley Park, while the cycles will be a 1 mile course around the MK National Bowl. Courses will be entirely closed to traffic so there’s no looking out for cars, just other riders / runners around you. Super sprint and sprint options. Also relay team option for teams of 2 for the sprint.
